1. Conformance standard

Client Focus aims for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. This is the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act in the United States, by the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 in the European Union, and by the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites in India. Client Focus also applies the relevant parts of the Americans with Disabilities Act as interpreted for websites.

2. Current conformance status

The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that most content conforms, and that the exceptions listed in section 5 are known and scheduled for remediation.

3. Measures taken

Client Focus has taken the following measures to make the Site accessible:

  • (a)Semantic structure: each page has a single main heading, a logical heading order, landmark regions for the header, navigation, main content and footer, and a skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
  • (b)Keyboard operability: all navigation, including the menus, search and forms, can be operated with a keyboard alone; focus order follows the visual order; menus close with the Escape key; no keyboard traps are present.
  • (c)Visible focus: every interactive element displays a visible focus indicator meeting the contrast requirements of WCAG 2.2.
  • (d)Color and contrast: text and essential graphics meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and user interface components; color is never the only means of conveying information.
  • (e)Text alternatives: every photograph carries a descriptive text alternative; decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies; the Client Focus mark is described.
  • (f)Resizable text and reflow: content can be enlarged to 200 percent and reflows to a single column at 320 CSS pixels without loss of content or function.
  • (g)Forms: every field has a visible label, error messages are announced and associated with the relevant field, and required fields are identified.
  • (h)Motion: the Site respects the operating system "reduce motion" preference and does not use flashing content.
  • (i)Documents: downloadable documents provided to clients are produced with tagged headings and reading order.

4. Testing approach

Accessibility is assessed through a combination of automated testing during development, manual keyboard testing, color contrast measurement, and testing with screen readers including NVDA with Firefox on Windows, JAWS with Chrome on Windows, and VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS. Accessibility checks are part of the release process for changes to the Site.

5. Known limitations

  • (a)Some photographs are described at a general level; more detailed descriptions are being added where the image conveys information.
  • (b)The sticky in-page navigation on long pages is not displayed on small screens; the same sections remain reachable by scrolling and through headings.
  • (c)Content embedded from third-party services, where present, may not meet the same standard; Client Focus is working with those providers.

6. Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile operating systems, and with the assistive technologies listed in section 4. It may not display correctly in browsers that are no longer supported by their vendors.

7. Feedback and contact

Client Focus welcomes feedback on the accessibility of the Site. Anyone who encounters a barrier, or who requires content in an alternative format, may contact Client Focus at info@clientfocusllc.com or by telephone at (888) 613-7190, or by post at 44355 Premier Plaza #110, Ashburn, VA 20147, United States. Client Focus aims to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to respond substantively within 10 business days.

8. Enforcement and escalation

If a response from Client Focus does not resolve the concern, the matter may be escalated to the Client Focus Privacy and Compliance Office through the same contact details, marked "Accessibility escalation". Individuals in the United States may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division; individuals in the European Union may contact the relevant national enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act.

9. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on August 22, 2026 following a self-assessment of the Site by Client Focus, and will be reviewed at least annually and whenever significant changes are made to the Site.
