   Client Focus adopts Digital Asset Operations as its operating model

   Client Focus LLC has aligned its engineering, network operations and security operations practices under a single operating model for banks, payment companies and digital asset businesses. The model is built on one principle: the team that builds a system stays connected to the teams that run and defend it, with named accountability at every escalation level.

   The model is delivered through three practices. Build covers network design, node and validator engineering, smart contracts, tokenization and banking and payments integration. Run provides continuous network operations under ITIL-based incident, problem and change management. Secure provides 24/7 security operations, assessments and incident response.

   Delivery is anchored in two centers. The company is headquartered at 44355 Premier Plaza #110, Ashburn, Virginia, and operates a research, development and operations center in HITEC City, Hyderabad, India. Shifts overlap across both centers so that no escalation tier is unstaffed at any hour.

   Client Focus introduces C'ROC, a 24/7 blockchain security operations center

   C'ROC is a continuously staffed blockchain security operations center. Its Chain Monitor detection layer watches wallet, contract, validator and counterparty behavior across nine public networks: Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Sonic (formerly Fantom). Watch Officers validate every event, assign a severity and open an incident. Notification follows a published clock, within ten minutes of detection, with client acknowledgment expected within fifteen.

   The service is built for exchanges and custodians, stablecoin issuers and payment companies, banks adopting on-chain settlement, protocols and foundations, and corporate treasuries and funds. Detection rules are tuned to client policy rather than left at vendor defaults, and every escalation hop is timestamped for audit.

   C'ROC is available as a Client Focus solution and is described at thecroc.ai. Engagements are scoped with an operations lead and configured to the client's control framework and reporting obligations.

   Client Focus achieves ISO/IEC 27001 certification

   Client Focus LLC has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001. The certified information security management system covers the engineering and operations activities delivered from the Ashburn, Virginia and Hyderabad, India centers, including monitoring, incident response and client reporting.

   For clients, certification means the controls behind those services are independently audited rather than asserted. The certificate and the statement of applicability are available under non-disclosure agreement, and a SOC 2 Type II examination is underway.
