What we do

Digital Asset Operations

Client Focus helps organizations build systems on public blockchains, operate them to a published standard and defend them continuously. The three practices are delivered together, so responsibility does not change hands between design, availability and security.

Build, Run and Secure

Each practice can be engaged on its own. Most clients combine them, because the operational risk of a digital asset service does not divide neatly between engineering and security.

Build

Client Focus engineers chain infrastructure, integrations and contracts, then hands them to the team that will operate them.

Run

The Digital Asset NOC holds availability to a published standard, with ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.

Secure

C'ROC provides 24/7 blockchain security operations, with automated detection and analyst validation before notification.

C'ROC security operations center

C'ROC is the Client Focus blockchain security operations center. Chain Monitor, its detection engine, raises events from live chain data, Watch Officers validate each one, and notification follows a published clock.

Operations first, then engineering

Client Focus designs for the team that will hold the pager. Build work is planned with an operations owner in place, run work is measured against published response targets, and security work ends in a decision made by a named person.

One operating model

Engineering, network operations and security operations follow a single incident, problem and change process based on ITIL practice.

Named accountability

Every service has an owner, and escalation runs from Watch Officer to operations lead through four documented levels.

Evidence on request

Timestamps, decisions and notifications are recorded so clients can produce operational evidence for auditors and supervisors.

Separable engineering and defense

Where a client or its supervisor requires separation of duties, the teams that build a system and the teams that monitor it operate under independent reporting lines, with separate access and separate change authority.

Where Client Focus operates in a client environment

Signing authority stays inside the client's custody boundary. Client Focus builds and runs the integration and network layers, and operates security across the whole path.

Networks under monitoring

Client Focus monitors Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Sonic (formerly Fantom). Additional networks are assessed on request.

How Client Focus engages

Four commercial models cover continuous operations and project work. Most clients combine a subscription for monitoring with a retainer for response.

Subscription

Continuous coverage for monitoring and managed operations, at a predictable monthly cost.

Annual retainer

Reserved capacity for incident response, advisory and assessment work, with guaranteed response levels.

Fixed-price project

Defined scope for assessments, audits and compliance engagements.

Time and materials

Evolving programs and integration work, billed against delivered effort.

Most services are live within two to four weeks of contract; on-chain monitoring of registered contracts is active within 24 hours. Commercial terms, security questionnaires and the due-diligence pack are handled by procurement@clientfocusllc.com.

Residency, evaluation and existing tooling

Three questions arrive in most procurement reviews.

Where is client data held?
Data residency options are available in the United States, the European Union and India, with single-tenant deployment for regulated workloads.
Can a service be evaluated before commitment?
Evaluation periods are available for monitoring services, scoped to a defined set of wallets and contracts.
Does Client Focus require a change of security tooling?
No. There is no requirement to replace the client's existing SIEM, EDR or cloud tooling. Integration is by API, agent or log forwarding into the stack already in place.
