Venu Ilavala founded Client Focus and is a principal of the firm and its Head of Operations. He set the firm's direction around a single principle: systems built for regulated institutions must be engineered to be operated, and the firm that builds them should be accountable for running and defending them.

He is responsible for the firm's strategy, its operating model and its commitments to clients, and he directly leads the firm's operations, including the continuous watch run from the Ashburn and Hyderabad centers. He brings a technology executive background with extensive business operations experience and a record of identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships with institutional clients and partners.

Ravikiran Thummalapenta is a principal of the firm and its Head of Technology, responsible for the firm's technology across engineering, network operations and security operations, including the C'ROC platform, its detection engine and the integrations that connect client environments to the operations centers. He is accountable for the technical elements of the due-diligence pack that prospective clients and their supervisors request.

He is an entrepreneur and executive with more than 25 years of experience across technology delivery, infrastructure development and operations, including the acquisition, development and management of large-scale digital infrastructure and real estate assets in the United States and international markets. He also leads infrastructure ventures in the data center sector.

Srinivas Elavala is a principal of the firm and its Head of Finance, responsible for financial management, commercial terms, risk management and regulatory compliance across the firm's entities in the United States and India. He oversees the financial and contractual elements of the due-diligence pack that clients and their supervisors request.

He has extensive experience in biometric technology, IT solutions and healthcare, managing large-scale projects across multiple continents. As Chief Operating Officer of Contec Global he led one of Africa's fastest-growing companies, with responsibility for strategic planning, financial oversight and operation in complex regulatory environments.

Tiffany Coughlin leads business operations at Client Focus, with responsibility for staffing and vendor management across the firm's centers, service reporting, supplier oversight and the operational excellence program that underpins the firm's ISO 27001 certified management system.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in operations and property management, overseeing day-to-day portfolio operations, vendor management and operational improvement initiatives across large asset bases.
